Design services, not architectural services

Vale Luxury Homes' founders, Niles Cochran and Wolfgang Meckem, are designers — neither is a licensed architect, and neither this site nor any consultation offered through it constitutes the practice of architecture or architectural services requiring licensure. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to that title or license. Formal engagement for design services happens through a separate signed agreement, not through this website or any form submitted here.

Text, images, and project renderings on this site are owned by Vale or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent. Project descriptions reflect our understanding at the time of publishing (for example, whether a project is in design development or complete) and may change without notice.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. Nothing on it constitutes a contract, offer, or guarantee of services — that happens only through a signed agreement between you and Vale.

Limitation of liability
